it looks like a common problem for many players right now. check the forum thread below, by the players having the same issue. actually, it's up to the developers to fix it completely, but not sure if they can respond quickly and do the job. perhaps consulting activision support on twitter could let them be notified about the matchmaking
Easily fixed with the Link I supplied and Setting the Zombies language to ENGLISH in the steam library. Just right click on the game in your library and go to the Language tab and set it to english. I don't have Language tab.

try loading the game in zombies then switching to online multiplayer and then back to zombies. try going to theatre, load a film then leave theatre and send an invite. lastly, find someone that will host a game for you then quit. As long as they dont dashboard the host will migrate. 2.

Does Plutonium work? The cracked copy of Black Ops 2 or whatever so I can play zombies? What would happen if Activision took it down? Yeah you can play zombies. All DLC maps unlocked as well. Playing with friends and lan works too, just follow the guide to do so in their discord.
