Spectre and Virtuoso were fun but a little gimmicky after balance updates. Most of the other classes felt half-baked during playtests. The mount is a joke, skiffs are worse skimmers, and fishing is a grindy collectathon with no skill or payoff. Strikes however have received much attention and I may get the expansion once it goes for half off.
Your friend is probably just lucky to got a spot in th raptor testing group. We know little about specifics of this particular test, but according to data mined text it is supposed to last 10 hours and require game purchase after that. It's still testing phase so they can mix/match time/values every now and then. neok182 • 1 yr. ago Raptor is given for free at Level 10 as a trial or permanently if you own any expansion however Path of Fire is required for masteries. Springer, Skimmer, Jackal are all unlocked exclusively through the Path of Fire expansion and completion of specific hearts in PoF that you'll do through story.
